Tell family, close friends, or others involved in your care about your condition

Most sharing of psychotherapy notes, specialized substance abuse program records, and HIV-related testing and treatment

We may contact you for fundraising efforts, but you can tell us not to contact you again

COMPLAINTS

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint by contacting the Care Edition Privacy Officer. You may also file a complaint with the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. All complaints must be made in writing and in no way will affect the quality of care you received from us.
